My shop gladly accepts payments through PayPal. Payments are requested within 48 hours from the time of order.

Taxes apply to California shoppers.
Shipping

Jewelry and small goods ship via USPS First Class Mail with Tracking Information within the United States. For outside of US, the customs label will be your tracking info.

Handbags ship via USPS Priority Mail with Tracking Information.

All shipments are made within 24 hours from the receipt of payment, except for Weekend and Holiday orders which will be shipped the following business day.
Tracking information will be e-mailed to you as soon as your item ships. You may also check your PayPal Account to show Tracking Information.

Please allow up to 5 additional working days for any custom orders.
Refunds and Exchanges

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as you receive your item. Conversation is very important to me, and I will attend to your concerns as soon as I can. If you need to return the item because of any misrepresentation, I am willing to accept, with return shipping fees at your cost.
